The Seven-Level Formation Path is the principal framework for personal study and development. Service concerns a defined contribution. The Academy of the Living Trust prepares participants for stewardship and leadership responsibilities.
The Academy guide prefers completed formation for full admission, while allowing the possibility of selected modules for specialized service candidates. Graduation establishes training completion; it does not itself create an office or appointment.
