THE ACADEMY OF THE LIVING TRUST

Prepare to steward
what others will inherit.

The Sanctum Barbelo Academy of Stewardship and Leadership offers a framework for carrying responsibility through knowledge, ethical judgment, practical work, and continuity.

POST-FORMATION PREPARATION

Leadership as
a transferable trust.

The Academy is derived from Governance Foundation GF-001 through GF-007. Its guides support the study of those source volumes; the sources remain controlling.

Its purpose is preparation for stewardship, service leadership, and possible future governance responsibility. Academy graduation records training completion. An office requires a separate appointment.

Admission expectations

Completion of the Seven-Level Formation Path is the preferred standard for full Academy admission. Readiness, service history, ethical conduct, and capacity also matter. Specialized service candidates may later be permitted to study selected modules.

How learning is demonstrated

Each module combines source study, discussion, case analysis, practicum, and review. An integrated capstone asks the participant to apply the seven competencies together.

Completion and recognition

The guide calls for seven completed modules and practica, an integrated capstone, acknowledged covenant, ethical standing, and a recorded final review. Recognition confirms training; it does not guarantee employment, office, or unrestricted archive access.
